  • a copy of the national passport
  • a medical certificate of overall health condition including HIV + AIDS certificates
  • 6 photos 3x4 cm

  • those who apply for the pre-university programme and for the programme of the Higher education (Bachelor Degree; Dip. Specialist) are to produce the original and a notarially attested copy of the Certificate of the complete secondary education
  • those who apply for the magistrates programme are to produce the original and a notarially attested copy of the Higher education in the field of the chosen career certificate in addition;
  • those who apply for the aspirantura programme are to produce the original and a notarially attested copy of the Certificate of the higher professional education, the list of published research works, inventions (if there are any);
ATTENTION!
Translations of the documents into Russian must be made with the name and surname indicated in the visa (if there is any) of a foreign citizen to enter the Russian Federation.
All documents are to be translated to Russian language and officially notarized
Foreign education documents must be legalized in the state of origin, in the prescribed manner (or stamped "Apostille").
Documents on general (upper) secondary education issued in the following countries do not require legalization: Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Tajikistan, Ukraine, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania , Republic of Turkmenistan, Republic of Estonia, Republic of Albania, Hungarian Republic, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, India, Kingdom of Spain, Republic of Cyprus, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Republic of Cuba, Republic of Macedonia, Mongolia, Poland, Romania, the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Slovenia, the Republic of Croatia, the Czech Republic, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
In addition, persons who have received their education outside the territory of the Russian Federation must be submitted to the University Recognition of the Russian Federation of their existing educational documents (if foreign education is not covered by international agreements on mutual recognition).

ACCOMMODATION


All the foreign students are provided with a room in a student hostel. The hostel is of a flat-style. There are a separate lavatory and a bathroom in a block that consists of 2 rooms (for 2 or 3 persons). There is a common kitchen on every floor. The cost of living in the hostel is 2160 rubles per month. Accommodation with improved conditions - 2760 - 3730 rubles per month.

HEALTH SERVICE


Foreign students’ medical service is ran on paying terms and on terms of medical insurance; the cost of insurance is 6500 rubles per year.

FOR COUNTRIES WITH VISA ENTRANCE


To register the Invitation for studying officially you need to send the following documents to the University:
  • application form («Application form»)
  • a copy of the national passport
  • a copy of the education certificate (the document is to be translated into Russian)
To get the entrance visa to Russia you should apply to the Russian consulate of the town you indicated as the place where you got your Invitation with a request for the entrance visa, invitation enclosed.
