Upon graduation of this specialty, you will gain the following professional skills: the ability to plan and carry out business communications: direct communication, public speaking, negotiating, conducting meetings, conducting business correspondence and electronic communications in all forms; the ability to predict, diagnose, analyze, prevent and resolve labor disputes and conflicts in the team; the ability to design, analyze, reconstruct personnel motivation and incentive systems (material, intangible, integral); the ability to design and implement recruitment activities: search, selection and evaluation of candidates, their presentation to the organization’s management, coordination of employment conditions between the candidate and the employer.
