DOCUMENTS, WHICH ARE NECESSARY FOR ENTRANCE:


  • a copy of the national passport
  • migration card and a copy of an entry visa (for countries with visa entry);
  • medical certificate about the state of health
  • a copy of the medical insurance policy
  • 6 photos 3x4 cm


  • those who apply for the pre-university programme and for the programme of the higher professional education (Bachelor Degree; Specialist) are to produce the original of the document of the secondary (full) general education or secondary professional education and a supplement to it, copies of these documents with the translation into Russian (when necessary) legalized by a notary;


  • those who apply for the higher professional education programme (Bachelor Degree; Specialist) are to produce the original of the document of the secondary (full) general education or secondary professional education and a supplement to it, copies of these documents with the translation into Russian (when necessary) legalized by a notary;


  • those who apply for the magistrates programme are to produce the original of the Diploma of the Higher professional education (the diploma of Bachelor Degree, the diploma of Dip.Specialist, the diploma of Specialist or diploma of Master Degree) and a supplement to it, copies of these documents with the translation into Russian (when necessary) legalized by a notary;


  • those who apply for the PhD programme are to produce the original of the Diploma of the Higher professional education (the diploma of Dip.Specialist, the diploma of Specialist or diploma of Master Degree) and a supplement to it, copies of these documents with the translation into Russian (when necessary) legalized by a notary, the list of published research works, inventions (if there are any); theses (essay) with a justification for future research work (in the absence of published research works);


  • those who apply for the D.Sc. Degree programme are to produce the original of the Diploma of the Higher professional education (the diploma of Dip.Specialist, the Diploma of Specialist or Diploma of Master Degree) and a supplement to it; the originals of the Diploma of the according academic Degrees (PhD) and of the Certificate on candidate exams passed, copies of these documents with the translation into Russian (when necessary) legalized by a notary; the list of published research works, inventions (if there are any); detailed plan for preparing doctoral dissertation;


  • those who apply for the scientific programme are to produce the original of the Diploma of the Higher professional education (the diploma of Dip.Specialist, the diploma of Specialist or diploma of Master Degree) and a supplement to it, copies of these documents with the translation into Russian (when necessary) legalized by a notary, program (plan) for future research work


ATTENTION!

All translations into Russian must be done in the name of a person specified in the entry visa (if available).


Foreign education documents must be legalized in the country of origin, in accordance with established procedure (or stamped "Apostille"). Documents of the complete secondary education, issued in the following states do not require legalization: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Estonia, Albania, Hungary, Vietnam, India, Spain, Cyprus, Korea, D.P.R. (North), Cuba, Macedonia, Mongolia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.


Besides, persons, who have received education outside of Russia, must be submit to the University the Certificate of equivalence in the Russian Federation of their documents about education.


Evaluation And defining equivalency in the Russian Federation of the documents of foreign educational documents is carried out in the Main State Expert Appraisal Center of Education


State-recognized documents issued by educational establishments of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, related to Russian documents about the basic general education or secondary (full) general education, accepted for admission to educational establishments of the Russian Federation without a Certificate of equivalence (the Letter of the Federal Education and Science Supervision Service (Rosobrnadzor) from 23.07.2010 в„– 02-55-8/06-РёРЅ).
