Yesterday in the Moscow State University of a name of M.V.Lomonosova the international scientific conference of students, post-graduate students and young scientists has opened. On a forum "Lomonosov-2009" which will last till April, 18th, have arrived more than 12 thousand persons from 70 countries of the world. Participants were divided into 30 sections - in the basic directions of a modern science. As the rector of the Moscow State University Victor Sadovnichy has noted, it is the largest youth education conference in the world. «It is very a pity, that similar actions were not, when I was the student. Now you have a possibility to receive invaluable experience, to fasten new acquaintances, to learn a lot of new», - he has told at conference opening. Minister of Education and Science Andrey Fursenko has told about aspects of the future state support of schools of young scientists. Such schools will unite in concrete scientific directions of young experts from Russia and the CIS countries. The minister has reminded, that the federal target program «Scientific and scientifically - pedagogical shots of innovative Russia» provides allocation of grants to students and young scientists. Also in the state budget financial maintenance at the rate from 2 million to 5 million roubles for groups of the young scientists conducting perspective scientific researches is provided. In the first day participants of a forum did not become isolated in thematic sections: « Technicians "and" humanists »surprised each other with the workings out. Students of mehaniko-mathematical faculty of the Moscow State University have presented created together with NPP« the Star »the program simulating process of rapprochement of the device of rescue of the cosmonaut (USK) with orbital station.« If the cosmonaut, being in a free space, "will come off" station, USK will help it to return, - the assistant to chair of applied mechanics and management of mehaniko-mathematical faculty of the Moscow State University Anton Lebedev has told. - in weightlessness reaction of the cosmonaut is strongly slowed down. And we have developed the program for trainings of rapprochement with station ». According to Lebedev, experts-experts highly appreciate training apparatus prospects.« Now we work over its connection to real panel USK, - the young scientist has told. - negotiations are carried on for connection to a centrifuge in the Center of preparation of cosmonauts ».
