Never mind how our lecturers, graduates and present students, managers and employees are called. Regardless of identifying them as University’s human or intellectual capital, human resources, personnel capacity, researchers, professors, or future engineers, one should never argue against the fact that they are of the greatest value for the University, real mediums of traditions and innovations, of knowledge, competencies, experience, starving for the new. They, our people, personify the history, represent the present and pattern future of the University.
