MIIT Cultural Centre today is a cultural and recreational complex, the focal point of MIIT social life – from the first steps of prospective students at the “Open Doors Day” to the graduation ceremony when they receive state diplomas as graduate professionals.
During all their student life in MIIT the students have an opportunity to reveal their creative talents, may participate in the activities of creative teams of the MIIT Cultural centre.
The Cultural centre also provides professional services in different fields: presentations, festivals, performances, concerts, shows, conferences and seminars, balls and exhibitions, etc. The Centre is willing to help realize any idea – from a modest project to a many day-long forum.
Multiple events have been held in the Centre including target programmes: “Children of Russia” Federal program (international fora “Gifted children of Russia” have been held in the Cultural centre for several years); such city programmes as: “United Russia” festivals of children’s dance groups; programmes of Moscow North-East administrative district: “Youth of Maryina Roscha” festivals of children’s crafts, etc., various events together with Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and other Embassies.
Over the last years the MIIT staff and students have been able to see complimentary pre-premier various theater performances.
The annual “University Anniversary” celebrations” have become a tradition of the MIIT Cultural centre.
The dancing hall comfortably houses four big aquaria which are seamlessly integrated into its interior and can not but draw attention of the visitors. One may also play both Russian billiards and American pool here.
The “All-Time Hit Parade” dancing parties are also popular in Moscow.
